Basic knitting and sewing skills are all that are required to make these bags (casting on, basic knit stitch, and binding off). Instructions and diagrams are also included to embellish the bags with ribbon work and silk ribbon embroidery in addition to suggestions on how to embellish the bags with charms, buttons and other mementos.
