Bead Knitted Pendant Bags Etc. 1 is now the second book in the "Beaded Bag Series". It provides clear and concise instructions (with color photographs and b&w illustrations) to make two Pendant bags and one matching Handbag (see photos above). Basic knitting skills are all that are required to make these bags (casting on, basic knit stitch, increasing a stitch and binding off). Instructions and diagrams are also included to embellish the bags with ribbon work and silk ribbon embroidery in addition to suggestions on how to embellish the bags with charms, buttons and other mementos. All stitches are very easy and can be learned by any crafter. (48 pages)
This book is perfect for learning the technique that the BagLady uses, since two of the bags are relatively small. Once you get good at the technique, you should be able to knit up one of the Pendant bags in 6 to 8 hours (Not including the time for ribbon and charm embellishments).
